Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TrendIntel (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TrendIntel aggregates publicly available signals from third-party sources, clusters them into topics, and surfaces emerging trends. All trend scores, summaries, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your account or credentials with others.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
  • AI token purchases are non-refundable once consumed.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data from the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models or algorithms.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, disinformation, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or subscription gates.

6. Intellectual property

All scoring models, algorithms, visual design, and product infrastructure are owned by TrendIntel. The underlying signals are sourced from public third parties; we make no claim of ownership over those original sources. AI-generated summaries and trend analysis produced by the Service are provided under a limited, non-exclusive licence for your personal or internal business use only.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that trend data is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendIntel's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
